How is my personal identification information secured?
All data is stored behind a firewall and is transmitted with a 128-bit encryption. Rest assured that Charles Penzone, Inc. does not sell or share guest information.

Why do I receive a "no availability" message?
Either the professional of choice has no appointments open during the time period you selected or the professional of choice may not be working during the time period you selected.

How do I increase my chances of finding an available appointment?

If your schedule permits, we suggest expanding the hours and then the date range. Our Online Scheduling System represents the real-time availability of our salons and professionals. You may schedule your next hair or spa appointment up to a year in advance in order to avoid any conflicts.

Why is the total duration of my massage/facial longer than the actual service?
Please note the length of service sessions listed are approximations and may vary. For your convenience, certain services allow a period time to allow you to change and complete any necessary medical history forms. Please take this into consideration if/when scheduling consecutive appointments.

Why are certain services not available to be scheduled online?
Certain services require a consultation or follow-up questions with a guest service representative to properly schedule your appointment. Please call 614.418.5350 with any questions or concerns you may have.

What is your children’s policy?

As a precaution and a courtesy to our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in any of our facilities without an appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but your child’s safety is our primary concern.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice, and a 48-hour notice for any package or multiple service change and/or cancellation. If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please call 614.418.5350.
