At the Charles Penzone Family of Salons, Salon Directors, Team Leaders and Home Office Professionals ensure that our salon professionals have the finest in training, resources, work environment and the support necessary to meet and exceed our Company goals and our guests’ expectations.
Our Salon Directors, Team Leaders and Home Office Professionals meet regularly and work as a team to discuss short term opportunities, establish goals and objectives, monitor performance and communicate results to the salons. We believe this process enables us to provide our professionals with the highest level of training available. We are also able to ensure that we are constantly providing a safe and stimulating environment, professional incentives and recognition for all of our team members’ accomplishments on a regular basis.
Salon Directors and Team Leaders include professionals at each of our six salons.
Home Office Professionals include: President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Information Services, Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Training, Marketing/Advertising and Payroll.
