The Charles Penzone Family of Salons is looking for the best in the industry to join our team of licensed Nail Professionals. The Charles Penzone Family of Salons seeks only those team members who will grow and develop with our company, and will work diligently to deliver the highest-quality services possible.
To be considered, Nail Professional applicants must have successfully completed the required cosmetology school curriculum and have obtained a license from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology. After being hired, Charles Penzone Nail Professionals receive approximately one month of hands-on training from in-house trainers. Our in-house training ensures that the professionals meet our internal standards for quality of service and guest service.
After fulfilling specific criteria in advanced education and training, our professionals have the ability to advance into Master and Senior Nail Professionals.
Qualified Applicants will have:
- Successfully completed the required cosmetology board of curriculum
- A valid license from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology
- Prior experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
- Flexible schedule preferred
